- A month ahead of the 2024 European elections, the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, wants us all to keep in mind that decisions taken by her peers have a direct impact on our daily lives.
On 6-9 June people across Europe will elect 720 lawmakers to represent them in decision-making at the European Union level for the next five years.
“This Parliament gets to decide on a lot of things that matter to your daily life. Do not let anybody choose for you", she stressed in this interview. For example the first comprehensive regulation on artificial intelligence to laws securing social rights for people working on digital platforms or ensuring that appliances can be fixed at affordable prices.
Metsola told us about the meetings she held with youngsters in several countries across the European Union and the impressions she got from them. She also mentioned how important it is to make them understand that "if you don't fight for democracy it disappears".

Look how dynamically and quickly communist China is developing. China's economy in terms of electricity consumption in 1991 was 6 times less than the US economy... 33 years have passed and now the Chinese economy is more than twice as large as the US economy. The Chinese economy consumes more electricity than the economies of the USA, Europe, the CIS and Latin America combined. It is necessary to follow the path of compromises and documented agreements between NATO, Europe, the USA and Russia and firmly to fulfill them without giving cause for doubt or hypocritical lies. The Lord God is very carefully watching everything that is happening now in our world of pagan democracy, communism, atheism, IDOLORY... The flames of the fire of war can flare up throughout our entire world, we are closer than ever to death and self-destruction. For what? This pivotal operation marked the beginning of the liberation of Western Europe from Nazi occupation. We honor the bravery of American, British, Canadian, and other Allied soldiers, alongside the immense sacrifices of Soviet soldiers on the Eastern Front. Without their relentless fight, victory in World War II might not have been possible.

A Call for Peace in Our Time:
The ongoing conflict in Ukraine demands immediate attention and decisive action. The horrors of World War II serve as a stark reminder of the devastating consequences of armed conflict. In light of this, I urge the UK, Europe, United States, and NATO to cease their support for this proxy war, pressuring President Zelenskyy to implement a ceasefire. Without their backing, Ukraine's military would face insurmountable odds, compelling them to withdraw and raise the red flag, symbolizing a ceasefire or pause in warfare. Before the much-feared Nuclear World War breaks out, the pressure is high and the stakes are even higher! The prospect of World War III is a grim reality we must confront. The stakes are dire; we cannot allow this conflict to escalate into a catastrophic global catastrophe. The looming specter of a nuclear world war serves as a stark reminder of the horrors humanity has previously faced. How strange it would be to transition from fighting tyranny to declaring war on Russia. We must act swiftly and decisively to prevent such a devastating outcome.
Let us not forget the millions who laid down their lives to defeat tyranny. Their sacrifices must not be in vain. As a tribute to President Vladimir Putin, I have acquired these four valuable medals, which I will wear together with a D-Day medal. On this day, let us not only remember the bravery of the Allied troops on the beaches of Normandy but also the millions of Soviet soldiers and civilians who gave their lives to liberate the world from tyranny. Their sacrifices must never be forgotten.

During these ceasefire negotiations, Kukulkan will endeavor to diplomatically mediate between President Zelenskyy and President Vladimir Putin so that both parties can end this conflict with dignity. Let us honor the memory of those who fought for freedom by working towards a peaceful resolution. It's time to end the senseless loss of innocent lives and ensure a peaceful future for all.
