Gotta love Benni! Nice positive interview. I'm sure the British media will get hold of this and try to make it negative, either that or it will never be mentioned because they can't find a negative spin.
I remember bumping into Benni MaC at Kind Regards in Cape Town back in 2020 just before the pandemic🥲 He was parked a few meters from my house and this man’s so humble he stopped to take a picture with literally every single person that approached him for one🙏🏾 seeing someone of his stature being so humble and giving pure good energy is remarkable and inspiring. He’s not even trying to be a hero but he understands the Spider-Man principle of “Great power coming with great responsibility!”🙌🏾 SA needs to protect this man at all cost!!🇿🇦
Enjoyed this interview. Benni shared great insight into the goings-on at Man United. The coach, technical team, and medical team all speak to each other, and are speaking to the players as well. They discuss with each other what they can do better or change, and get the players’ thoughts on the training sessions. Eric Ten Hag himself is working incredibly hard. So in Benni’s view, good work is happening behind the scenes. This could be why the owners are sticking with Ten Hag. They can see the hard work and collaboration being put in to get the results right.
so much love for Bennie in the 18. what a MAN. what a journey. i remember watching u when i was a kid, what a legend WOW. GOD BLESS N BLESS U MR MCARTHY AND THANK YOU SIR 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👉🏻
Seeing Coach Benni and hearing him discuss matters on elite football is incredulous. However I do feel as if this interview couldve been better handled... A lot of touch and go moments, where they shouldve let him speak and expand on his points. Quite a number of quality moments lost. Too many questions all over the place. We still give Supersport their flowers for getting him heard at such a critical phase of his career👑
Agreed. 1st time I see these boys. Sorry to say, but they seem to be in amature mode. Seemed disrespectful at times but hey, everyone starts somewhere. I'm sure if it was Robert Marawa, then it would have been different.
The white dude is Miguel Pereira, he’s a singer & United blogger in TikTok & Insta so he is not an interviewer at all. SuperSport Should have gotten their higher their pundits or interviewers for such an interview
Wonderful Interview by the hosts as even though they are learning, they are the only ones who could get Benni relaxed and open up on sensitive topics because he was comfortable with them! Interviews are not as easy as people think as it takes chemistry and the right vibes to make a guest open up! Some idiots don't realize that experienced journalists sometimes just make the guest clam up because they are on their guard! Welldone Benni for throwing Light on issues that confuse fans because if the coaches are shocked too, then it explains why fans go into meltdown! I don't believe there is a coach out there that will get consistency from these players but the club should stick with ETH because when it clicks it , it will happen! I have no doubt in my mind that ETH will succeed at United or another club if he leaves because apart from stupid foolish UA-camrs who keep insulting him,any football enthusiast knows ETH is in the top 5% of managers in world football and a lot of managers are jealous of him and his achievements and ceiling!
SuperSport actually did us such a disservice by having such a brilliant footballing mind being interviewed by an inexperienced cast, missed opportunity.
@@mundiamalumani1072i agree with you cos the expirienced interviewer wouldnt have given us the real talk rather trickier questions that would make benny boom guard what to say and not
I understand people not believing that Ten Hag is the manager to take United forward, but the ones that mock him and call him names like "bald fraud" and "clown" are absolute idiots. And these idiots include our own fans, some "pundits", and of course the media.
Benny is speaking facts about Man utd. United fans are just impatient and they fall for media toxicity very easily. We are great anymore. We need to trust the process and stop trying to sack the Manager. So we need to stick Erik and stop trying to be arsenal, city and liverpool, we have to face reality, we are no where near our glory days. Building slowly is good
Great interview guys! Loved it - very good insight via Benny here. Is it me, or somebody else has noticed that the guy who is wearing the hat - looks abit like James Maddison?
What he says here about training looking so good, but then on match day failing makes it sound like the issues are more about mental blocks and pressure. Kind of like blanking on an exam when you knew it all the days before. In football just one player hesitating in a moment to do the “right” thing he’d do in training can make the team look really bad in match day.
Yeah they lack basics they forget that it's not about them they are the face of everyone, they are just content creators they don't know journalism these ones.
The problem of Manchester United was not recognizing little contributions made by some players. Had Manchester United signed Sofyan Amrabat and played him they wouldn't be facing the current shame.
For real Benni has made me know more about my club and Erik Ten Hag,we need just to be patient a little, any time it's clicking for our club. Thanks guys
Theres no question ten hag knows whats needed, but i dont think his personality will ever let him be successful in the Premier League . Players need someone with passion. He makes you tired just listening to him. Used to do his match press conferences reviews, but I stopped cos I couldn't just sit through it. He's not interesting or inspiring to listen to. I respect him alot though. Its just hes not the right fit for our club. 🙂
Watching this interview shows why Benni was once considered one of the best players in the planet. Positve when all is tougher than tough. Anyway gents let the interviewee finish his point.
As a Manchester United Fan this is the best in tell I have heard about ETH cause its visible even on the pitch the questions he has in the back of his mind to say how is it not working why is it not working cause he looks to have little to no rest on a daily
Benni's in the area... thanks bro. Not saying anything out of line. But still being honest thats all we needed as united fans..ETH I am still in his corner but time is putting pressure now. Rashford should just learn to score the simple goals too. No need for hollywood finishers.
That’s why it’s imperative to get players from a struggling background…these pampered kids like Trashford are the ones bringing the dressing room down!! Compare the mentality Licha, Amad, Bruno have compared to these English kids
If you think rashford was pampered growing up you're clueless pal - and Bruno as far as I know didn't have a rough childhood Your point is fuckin irrelevant
@@Ptahdaboss So UA-cam has removed my previous comment 🤡 Rashford was definitely not pampered growing up in wythenshawe (where I was born), he was anything but. Can you then also go into the childhoods of the other players you mentioned? You even suggesting that Marcus Rashford didn't have a difficult upbringing and was pampered, when in fact he grew up in a very poor and crime riddled place and had a single mother who raised him, is ridiculous. Maybe before commenting have a little sense to research and confirm what you spout is true, what you are saying is nonsense.
Benny answered questions that millions of people had about that training ground ,its absolutely shocking to hear ,because it doesnt show at all on the pitch ,its a mental issue and the pressure of playing for this club,at least try to get people that won at this club to help this boys ,might not do anything or it might change something ,get roy ,rio ,paul and few others to come talk to these boys to understand what comes with the job

This has blown up the Internet. Thank you Benny. You don't realise how big this is. For me. Fitness, Nutrition and Culture are what's wrong at United. Not coaches or manager. Because look at Brighton. If these 3 rules are right, any new manager still thrives to a level and won't completely flop. Man City hired Pellegrini. Look at Liverpool with Slot, Brighton hired 3 managers in a row who did quite well for their level. These are just recent successes. Flip it the other way. If these 3 rules are not right. Unai Emery at Arsenal, every manager at United since Sir Alex, Liverpool until Klopp, Chelsea for the last few seasons.
Pretty mundane questions at times. Why hold a ball when you could hold an iPad with a cheat sheet? Also supersport could really give them some mics because the sound is stinky
Man Utd, founded by an extremely wealthy businessman, gifted the countries largest stadium, bought titles in the first few years of existence. They're recognised as one of the biggest clubs in the world and rightly so, but without huge outside investment 120 years ago they'd struggled to have even been an Oldham Athletic.
