    where the go for business is going to be moved inland. this is not a problem. its just natural to move that kinda activity inland and away from prime land value.

    Allowing for profit corporations to build is stupid. The community should get together and build, Instead of pay outsiders These companies do subpar work for too many cost overruns. The community has the ability and expertise needed to build.
