HOW TO REPLACE HP PAVILION CHARGING PORT HP 15 AU071SA

Hi guys! Today in this video we would replace a broken #chargingPort for #HP #Pavilion 15-AU071SA.
It's simple and straight forward. First, you need to disassemble the back lid and get access to the motherboard.

yep almost similar . take your time when you try to do this sort of replacement by yourself. don't do any rush . before you pull out something double check if there is any screw or flex cable connected . Good luck.!!

As i said, HP always make part swapping difficult. Because from outside the port looks same, but the inside connector pattern get different. Sometimes compatible if you got lucky. So give it a try !

I was able to fix my pavillion 15-au164na by following the instructions on this video. I ordered the charging cable DC jack on Amazon, you just need to check it's compatible with your machine.
