It feels like the contestants in the German version are more about the characters than the singing. It kind of gives this version a little bit of charm, even if half of its singers including every contestant from season 3 except for skeleton are crap.

Just in this video... 10: Quokka (such a cute, chubby costume. WHY DID YOU HAVE TO BE SO BAD!) 9: Chick (Same) 8: Bull (He did better songs.) 7: Pig (Meh) 6: Flamingo (again, he did better.) 5: Unicorn (meh, but not awful. Honestly, this wasn't a horrible season.) 4: Monstronaut (Probably his best performance. He's usually not good ) 3: Sea Turtle (A little unpolished, but he can be good.) 2: Leopard (She has a great voice, but... that sharp note) 1: Dinosaur (...what? I actually thought that metal cover was awesome. Also, I think he's overhated in general.)
Winner Ranking: 4. Astronaut (Max Mutzke deserved better. Costume-Wise... it's an Astronaut with little eyes, not looking too good.... and the voice is fine, it's just that EVERY GOD DAMN TIME HE HAD TO DO A BALLAD SONG, STOP BORING ME TO TEARS.) 3. Skelett (I get some people might be triggered by this, but she just didn't give anyone else a god damn CHANCE here. She's like Sun in a way, in that the seasons they debuted in were one-sided all the way. Sarah Lombardi, you're good, but you at least need some competition, and we all knew Alien wasn't gonna cut it.) 2. Dinosaurier (Honestly, I'm gonna say this. He's overhated, and doesn't deserve all the shit he gets tossed at him. His voice might not have been exactly the greatest, like how he can't exactly hit most of those high notes, but then again... it's Season 4, not a lot of the voices were great there, especially the First Four masks eliminated (No offense to them... maybe). And Leopard could've been a worthy winner, had some people not been bored of her by the finale. I like the costume, as well as the character he played, with the costume looking like a child about to go to bed (his mic was a toothbrush), weird but okay, and he also kinda went into a deep metal voice when the thing on his back was cranked. Great Character, and underrated winner. Sasha, you've earned my support.) 1. Faultier (Tom Beck really put a lot of effort into making Faultier one of the best characters, I mean, he would move slower than a tortoise during a morning jog, he'd also fall asleep during performances, he spoke with kind of a lazy tone, perfect for a Sloth! His performances were also really great, and made the season one of the best ever (Besides the fact that Fledermaus robbed Dalmatiner, that is one downside that cannot be taken back). Faultier, rock on.)
4. Faultier - I respect Tom and all, but WHAT was that final performance?!? Wuschel should have won over him! 3. Skelett - She was kinda in the middle for me. 2. Dinosaurier - They were amazing! But still kinda in the middle. 1. Astronaut - "Hello" was awesome, and Max did great.
