How to Crochet a Hot Dog Keychain or Ornament ~ Tutorial

Learn how to crochet a little amigurumi Hot Dog for Play Food, a Keychain, Bag Charm, Brooch or Christmas ornament. Supplies are listed below.
SUPPLIES
Size F (3.75mm) crochet hook
DK Light Worsted yarn
Stuffing
Yarn Needle
Scissors
Stuffing tools (tweezers, pencil or blunt-end chopstick)
Glue (optional) - Hot glue or Fabri-Tac
10mm Jump Ring (optional)
I used Stylecraft Special DK yarn in Raspberry and Camel for the Hot Dog.
Note: In this pattern, a chain 1 at the beginning of a row is for turning your work and does not count as a stitch.
HOW TO STIFFEN THE MUSTARD FOR PLAY FOOD
In a small dish, stir together a mixture of approximately 60% all-purpose white glue and 40% water. The mixture is very forgiving so don’t worry about measuring. Brush on back of Mustard and shape it into a wavy line. I like to pin it to a scrap of corrugated cardboard to hold it in place. Let dry.
