I was wondering how you add the stickers you made in over to the background, if you could make a video explaining that, would be perfect! 😘
i’ve showed that in a couple videos so i thought everyone already knew 😅 basically you just copy the sticker in your camera roll and when you go back to the instagram app it pops up at the bottom!

I SO HATE that the update has changed the way the transparency works. Yes, it can still be used but in a limiting way. You have to have an image that has spaces in it. I preferred the solid image with just the hole in it so the Story or Repost could lay over. Thanks for having an alternative for others! There used to be another app, Magic Eraser that worked when Over no longer did it, but now that doesn’t even do the trick anymore.

so how do you make your own transparent on over? like w the stars, they weren’t initially on a background like you’d find on pinterest. they were already a transparent so all you had to do was save it as a png.
yeah the ones i showed were already transparent so you could also just search up single “star” graphics on over and line them up however you want with any color and make custom backgrounds that way! i have a couple examples of this on my tiktok as well!

Also, when I try to change the color of the background with the marker tool, it covers the image as well. How to fix that?

thanks for these tips ! i have a question about ig gif stickers so i saw on this vid that you were able to get two of the same stickers to basically “move”/“gif” at the same time (timestamp 1:41; normani pic on the left with the two gif stickers) but i’ve never been able to do that so i was wondering how you did that ? bc mine always end up “moving” at different times and looking weird thanks for your help !!!
oh good question! i actually don’t put 2 stickers that much so i never noticed that issue and i think i maybe just got lucky this time! 😅 i tried again with the same stickers and they weren’t in sync this time 😭

i tried the first one, the marker tool is covering up the entire thing with the photo! idk what i am doing wrong
you press the screen for so long that's why it covers the whole screen
if u are android user, then thats the answer
Because you have selected a picture from your gallery not a posted picture
@@hapsarisyifaa Also with Apple, press to long it will completely cover it with the colour. What went wrong is that @shobhana Haldar choose a picture from her own gallery and not a posted picture
