James quick tip during house building: I wish I had more throughly and in a more organized fashion take LOTS of pictures in framing phase (before wallboard goes up). Later when you move in and you want to hang things (or have work done on the house) you will wish you could see into the wall where the studs, pipes, wires are to avoid hitting something or better anchoring into studs. I wish I even took pics of each rooms roof to better visualize where the studs were with several projects.
