I'm grinding for 2 medals this season. Already reached mp legendary, now grinding for 10000 points. I just need 1 more after that next season. But after that, i'll still probably grind for the rewards and free gun skins lol
I hate we have to wait soo long to receive the weapon. At the end of the year essentially.. I think they should change the weapon to be available as soon as the new year mission begins. As soon as you earn the 6 medals you unlock the crate and can open it immediately. Everyone works at their own rate they wish to unlock it and when they do they receive it. You have a whole year to accomplish it and seeing others with the fun will push you to want to work for it more
Nah they do it so the players have to sink time more, even if players already have the 6 medals early. Just a marketing tactic, if players get the legendary early then they might stop playing after that or lose the motivation to at least log in.

It's way harder on a low end device i have collected 1 medal last season i was on grandmaster 3 on MP i quited played the game it so devastating i was matched with sweaty players and bunch of campers and every single match....
At first I didn't care much about this event but now when I realized this... I started grinding and got 2/6 medals, currently grinding for 10k in BR to get the 3rd one of this season and then collect 3 more from the next season, hopefully I'll get the free leggy 💀

We can Only Get 9 Medals in A Year not 12. 6 Rank Series = 6 Common Medals 3 Special Task= 3 Extra Medals So the Total is 9 Medals. If you have 0 medals then you can’t skip this series. If You Skip the Max You will get 5/6 Medals. Let’s take a Example if You have 0 medals and you skipped this series and then you start grinding from series 5 1. By Reaching Legendary in MP or BR 2. BY Reaching Legendary in both modes 3. By Reaching 10K points In one mode. ( You are Done with Series 5 and Claimed 2/3 Extra Medals and 1 Common medal so now you have 3 medals In series 6. 1. Common Medal 2. Reaching Legendary in MP Or BR/ Reaching 10K points In One Mode. ( Series 6 Is over and you Have Got 1 Medal for common task and 1 Medal of Extra Task. So 3/3 Extra Task is Finished ) So you only get in total 5 Medals If you skip this Series and having 0 medals

Does this medals get renewed every year because I cannot play ranked so much to earn all 6 by the end of the year. Is the grind worth it? I mean can I collect 1-2 medals now and the other ones afterwards like next year so will they be carry forwarded or what?

Here's a tip , if you want to rank up easily in mp , play Frontline. Don't play tdm , hp and domination. Cuz you will end up losing your rank xp because of shit teammates. Easy peaay lemon squeezy.

the max medal count is in fact 9 and not 12, the elite missions can be completed only 3 times in 1 year, so 2x3 and 1x3, or 3x1 2x1 1x4
