Everyone comments about how Justice is blind, but she could 'see' how big the store was and noticed Cerberus there.
My interpretation of Justice is that she is similar to Toph from Avatar: she has such good hearing, she can use that to move around. When she walks, the sound of her feet reflects on the environment around her, and she can recognize people by the sound of their footsteps.
