Wow! This so puts Perspective into perspective! I cannot see anything to be insecure about at all - it helps now for me to imagine how others may see me. A barrier to recovery for me has been well. Sure that person is recovered. Looks happy and great because they are able to look wonderful in a healthy body whereas I can’t. I can see that that’s total BS now it’s that complete joy and happiness that is coming out and also my ED just putting me in a position where recovery is not possible for me. I am going to start loving me more and seeing my "imperfections" as something that is human. I've never cared much for having stretch marks but once I started gaining weight and having more, I became aware of how I did not liked them, but one thing I really dont like is cellulite. Wow! This so puts Perspective into perspective! I cannot see anything to be insecure about at all - it helps now for me to imagine how others may see me. A barrier to recovery for me has been well. Sure that person is recovered. Looks happy and great because they are able to look wonderful in a healthy body whereas I can’t. I can see that that’s total BS now it’s that complete joy and happiness that is coming out and also my ED just putting me in a position where recovery is not possible for me. Thanks for helping me to see that it is.
Also, I have been telling myself lately. My perspective on my image has nothing to do with my body. That body image is not actually about the body.

Is crazy how we view ourselves with "imperfections" and someone else see all beauty! Girl, you are gorgeous. I am going to start loving me more and seeing my "imperfections" as something that is human. I've never cared much for having stretch marks but once I started gaining weight and having more, I became aware of how I did not liked them, but one thing I really dont like is cellulite. Ugh, I wish it didn't exist.
