@@Marshall_Law it depends on the scene, for example doctor strange 2 is best for 4DX but John wick 4 isn't good for 4DX, it's good for IMAX...
Reason why that 4DX with a 3D version of that screen is widescreen, because they made it smaller but bigger to make it wider normally.

Concept is simple. If you want to be more focused on the movie, stay connected then go for Imax. 4dx is more of enjoying the movie with physical connection like seat movements, water sprinklers, fans etc.
IMAX: Has unmatched sound and 3D effects. The tagline says it all: Watch a movie or be a part of one!
4DX: It is more of a physical connection to the movie, your seats will move according to the scenes in the movie, in some cases the air will blow on your face.
Few people dont like the concept of 4dx cz they feel disturbed. But I personally liked it and always prefer 4dx for action movies.

Hello Brother! I stay in Mumbai. Bro thanks for making the reviews. Good to see someone making review videos so detailed.
But just a personal preference......4DX was shit! I watched avatar 2 ....3 times now. Once at PVR Imax 3D with laser ( premium ) , Dolby digital 3D, and 4dX at Cinepolis. And I am extremely happy to say that I would choose IMAX 3D any day!!!!!! The bright picture, sound quality, clarity, and overall wideness of the picture and scenery were much more engaging. 4DX was our chairs constantly jumping and bumping ....feeling like going on a car ride on a bumpy road, it diverted my attention from the movie a million times, and people started puking after eating dinner. The water sprays didn't work most of the time, and the smell which was added was the same in rainforests, oceans, and mountains everywhere. If you are a cinephile and want to appreciate the cinematography of James Cameron...I would suggest IMAX 3D any day.
Very good comment. I 100% agreed. However...4DX has a ton of potential, but for now is just a savage, violent baby. Maybe 10-15 years from now, will see...
