The Styles thing is pretty much confirmed. The Eroda Facebook ads were targeted to visitors of an external site, Harry's fan website.
Facebook ads only allows you to target users of external sites you control. So whoever is paying for the Eroda ads is also administrating harry's website.
Also if you subscribede to Harry Styles or One Direction menbers the likelihood of UA-cam algorithms to pinpoint this ad as something of your interest is pretty much certain

My theory is that it’s an Anti-ARG. Just interesting and weird enough to entice people to sink all their time and energy into discovering what it is, when it’s just trying to be a website that looks as much like a real vacation ad as possible but it’s an island that doesn’t exist.

The map of Eroda kind of looks like the supposed mystery island on the globe in “Dazed and Confused” that some people think is a Mandela effect.
It was a giant marketing campaign for the song/music video for “Adore You” by Harry Styles from his sophomore album “Fine Line”
