First the new oem sensor has to be activated by giving enough tire pressure for the first time.
Second launch can adapt every brand of preprogrammed sensor.
Third launch can only programm launch sensor

I planned to buy this tool to use with my Launch Pad V. So it's worth only if I buy Launch Sensors too...
