SLA - Service Level Agreement: The one where the service levels/targets are mutually agreed and documented within the contract. The mutually agreed service level are documented with contract/Statement of Work.
SLM: Service Level Management: This is more often from a supplier perspective to ensure that a service provider is meeting the agreed operational levels, monitoring, measuring and taking appropriate actions. SLM is also from a customer/client end who usually ensures the same. Depending on the contract, this role can be played by either of the parties.
SLR: Service Level Requirement: This is a much earlier stage of SLA, when a supplier/service provider is provided with the actual service level requirements during the initial stages of procurement.
