The greatest college football coach ever. And he's a great guy. If you can't understand somebody saying they'll be at a job one day and then leaving for greener pastures, then god bless your heart. Plaxico's daddy issues aside, Saban's second chances come with strings attached. The player / coach has to get better as a person. Chris Owen most coaches play mum when switching schools ; liability issues, etc. what if someone offered you triple your salary but you had to play dumb? Most would do it. No brainer.
Nick Saban is the GOAT and at his core a decent man. He's made mistakes like the rest of us. That's probably why he's a big believer in giving second chances.

I know he’s a great coach but he matches the personality of Bellichick. They both have the personality of a lampshade, and they make you feel like it is such an imposition by them just having to speak with you.
