    I just had to take the time to say thank you. I am a new training who got certified a few months ago at the beginning of the COVID pandemic. I just got hired on at a big box gym, and I have been extremely nervous. I've used my free time to do ample amount of studying,but being able to see it all in action on your trainer has really helped tie everything together. Thank you for all that you do!

    i like what you are saying . knowing your limitations is dominant other than using words that require less of you . all of this is mental simply because the body hates the initial wake-up to working out . once this is achieved thru a walk or bike cycle of 30 minutes than your attitude changes dramatically and than you want more . from doing this over the years you expand the workouts . to me this is learning limitations . i would absolutely love to add the idea of putting your mind somewhere else while training . i use music, but only high-octane like ; in the end you feel a natural high .

    when training a client, do you implement full body exercises on all training days or do you have specific targeted areas?

  • @jolicska

    its actually true about as a trainer you should never include exercises with machines when you are supervising a workout. after showing once how to use them you only give out homework exercises on those.

    I love the video and it was an awesome tool for alot of trainers. I do have one concern, if a client doesn't like a certain exercise. I get wanting to keep a client and gain business, but the point of working out sometimes is doing the hard stuff that you sometimes don't like. I personally think as an opinion that trainers should push their clients. Not in a harmful way just push them through what seems like the hardest time of their life to make that life better. I'm not judging anyone here just a thought. thank you

    What about rest time in between sets? Is it ok to work push and pull movements one right after the other?

      I do a 5 day split & I typically focus on a specific area or 2 for each training session. However probably once a week I'll include a full body circuit or session of some sort to mix things up

    Personally working a push pull regimen brought strain to certain joints, is it ok if my circuits are all pull or all push?

    • @Criticalbench
      @Criticalbench  4 роки тому +1

      That's fine. Do not do any movements that cause you pain or hurt you.

  • @marcosjimenez7046

    Before working out, do you recommend to warm-up first? Or stretch first?

    • @Criticalbench
      @Criticalbench  4 роки тому

      Be sure to begin with warm up movements that are dynamic in nature that heat your body up and get you to break a sweat. Any actual static stretching should be done later in the workout or at the very end.

    I hate exercises which are planks, push-ups (the exercises which puts pressure on the wrists) etc because I get pain in my wrists. For the last few weeks my personal trainer has had to modify them to alleviate the pressure in my wrists

    • @MGMG0
      @MGMG0 5 років тому

      Criticalbench Yes definitely. Also I was a bit more difficult for the trainer to plan a meal plan due to my food allergies and being vegetarian but the trainer succeeded in making a meal plan.
