Yeah cuz he’s 14 rn, by the time filming wraps S2 he’ll be 16. Which isn’t bad since he’ll be only about 2-3 years older, and kids grow rlly fast then so Percy having a growth spurt is normal
i find it incredible that he seems to know percy as well as rick himself. it feels like he was genuinely born to play this role (the fact that there was a poseidon statue at the hospital he was born in is mind blowing to me)

PERCY is the best part of the books, literally. there's a reason he's the main character, he draws people in. walker just does a really great job to capture that. besides, the others get their moments later on in the book and the rest of the story.
I mean we've had a whole hour of show so far. He's had plenty of scenes with Grover, him and Annabeth shared a few moments, he was with Luke for a large chunk of episode 2. I feel like I'm watching Percy on screen, he's that natural. The others felt a little dry at times like they're just reading lines. One of my favorite things to see while watching Walker's journey is his curly hair journey. like even the difference between the first two episodes and his hair in the interview (which is immaculate) is so cool
I’m rereading the series for the first time since I was 11/12. It has been such a fun experience rereading the books while watching the series. Walker and the other kids are doing such a wonderful job playing such beloved characters!
When I heard there would be another adaptation of Percy Jackson..And then I watched The Adam Project and fell in love with Walker's sass and just basically the way he is. I was like, he's the perfect Percy..

He's such a great Percy and I'm so glad I got to live to see my favourite series get a wonderful adaptation. I love how well he's getting on with the cast too, fingers crossed they have 10 more seasons together! I'd love to see them all grow up and become young adults like the Harry Potter cast.
I read Percy Jackson and the lightning theft and the Sea of monsters a few months ago and now I've discovered the second book online the Titan's curse and I can't wait to start reading it

And Dior’s scream gave me the shivers when I watched the show’s first 2 episodes (Those episodes including the pilot made me laugh too ngl lol (≧▽≦), though I am expecting the other upcoming episodes to be much more better than how the movies were), I also think it’s cute that the other cast members are like his essential friend group too and know how he feels. 🫶🏻 They just portray their characters so perfectly well like the books. He met his friends for life on this show love how connected outside of the show they all are they are going to be with each other for lord knows how many years for the next 4 seasons so love that not every cast gets close like them.
