Faro shuffle was the first one I learned its soooooooooooo satisfying, especially when followed with a bridge. Whenever I'm stressed I do it because it really helps :D
Shavinder1999 Fuck off I cant even get close to do it
If I would be able to do that I would
Asad - wanted to take a second to thank you. This tutorial (and all of your work) is amazing. I've been struggling with the faro for a little while. After watching this just once, it's starting to come together for me. Thank you.
Who else fucked their card up tying this?
***** Jaspas does in his faro shuffle tutorial :).
You're putting too much pressure into it, when done properly it doesn't take much pressure
Just did it (took me a while) and the view of the weave is the most amazing thing i have experienced in a while...the weave came out spectacular and its all because of the angle and letting the cards do most of the work...(this after struggling with a practice deck that i completely shredded the edges with lol)
OH MY GOD THANK U !! IVE BEEN TRYING FOR WEEKS AND FINALLY GOT IT! SO SATISFYING WHEN U GET IT!!
it makes me cringe to see him push the cards in instead of cascade them when he has a perfect faro
luxon4 IKR
It doesn't set itself up to cascade it like a riffle bridge, and there's really no reason to as far as keeping the cards straight goes, since the initial faro doesn't really bend them like a riffle would.
This shuffle is awsome. Just tried it and it still blows my mind. :) thank you for the tutorial!
I got it within a minute, slide the cards laterally against each other over and over while applying pressure upwards. It works.
Thank you so much sir! You explanation was exactly what I needed to understand it.
The video helped me little, but after reading this I got it right the first time :)
In my experience, only slide the cards as a last resort. It can ruin your deck. Hardly any pressure should be used, as the angle right pressure should automatically make them weave together.
The thing is, once you have done it the first time, it's very easy to do it again, since you understand the "feel." So while learning if sliding it laterally helps you manage to do it the first time, you should be able to do it again without lateral sliding after that.
Then you should specify. Don't want people damaging their cards from faro shuffles!
Nivesh Proag Thank you so much I was able to do it right away after reading your comment haha
Man, first try, thank you. This is pretty cool. Not flashy, but it feels so nice to do.
B r u h can’t get it :( have any tips
Great tutorial. Works even with my most used deck with quite good probability of perfect faro.
This was the best faro shuffle tutorial I have ever seen, this is the only one that could help me lol thank you!
tried it a lot, never worked. now i watch the first 3 minutes of your tutorial and i got it the first time... i was shocked how easy it is :D you are the best, thanks for that tutorial
Everytime I saw people do it, I was so frustrated because I couldn't do it, but now I can!! YEEEEEEAY!!!
Who else can't do this
Me
me
:(
What? You can do this
Michael Taylor can't.
i watched this like six months ago and i was SO confused so i took a break. i watched it again and i 100% get it (after like three days of shoving my deck together) and i'm impressed at my own results lol
thx so much this was very instructional.
Thank You so much! Great tutorial, I was having trouble until I saw your tutorial!
I just want to say you are the best teacher for card trick in the UA-cam thank you master)
Bro I really love you ! have Bern watching 6 Videos before and i was Kind of like having spasms but then watching your Video and boom. done
really appreciate your work man
Best tutorial out there! For those of you who can't so it, maybe your deck of cards are too worn in our you are doing it in the wrong direction.
You do that so amazing. 52kards you are the only magician I watch, you teach so much and I just wanted to say thank you for all you've done.
That's what Chris Angel said. lol
Best tutorial from 52kards. As always.
All those decks in the background. I wonder what they are.
AAAAAAAAAh delicious. Couldn't do it on first try, it just stopped after a few card but once I grinded alittle as you said it all went down nicely!! Thanks mate
You ,sir, have just taught me how to faro. Thank you.
Great tutorial on one of the most versitile card flourishes out there!!
A hew other tips. Some I learned from other videos, some from practice.
1. don't force it--relax and adjust/retry
2. it helps to have the edge of the stacks at a slight angle--this happens naturally with the top, but might take conscious effort for the bottom.
3. practice a lot to get the "feel"
4. try squaring up the bottom packet on a table once or twice to give you an idea of how square they need to be ideally
5. try plastic cards for a fun variant
6. when done right, the faro shuffle should not damage card edges or corners, but during practice you might hurt a few corners
7. practice a lot until you can do it eyes closed, literally.
8. The faro shuffle probably won't ever be as fast as the riffle, but your speed will improve with practice.
9. Finally, remember there are angles involved, however slight, so mashing the two stacks straight-on will never work (unless your car edges are bevelled, in which case that's an angle, right?)
To those who are having a hard time doing the weaving part...... Don't apply force on holding the sides of each pack, makes it easier to push them together
thanks i already knew this shuffle but you gave some very useful tips that helped me perfect the shuffle
Looks amazing can you do any more videos on the faro....bridges etc....I'd love to learn this classic
This tutorial was the most helpful. Thank You,
Wyatt Earp
I learned faro shuffle becoz of u 52kards I have subscribed and liked ur video thanks 52kards
Damn, didn't know about the grinding motion. That really helps!
=3 (/( grind
OMFG it took me like 5 tries and i can do it :))) this is sick
It's surprisingly easy right?
Cant do it
thank you so much! it is aoustandingly easier than expected. succeeded in my second try
outstandingly*
I like doing the thing you do after you shuffle cards the normal way when there interlaced.
great tutorial asad, u make it seem so easy
I just tried again after I gave up for a few hours after failing miserably a lot. Got a pretty good faro, only 2 cards together at the side. Nice tutorial :)
what the smoke&mirror.....
My favorite...
There many card sharks in korea?
oh my god i was able to do this in my first try! Liked and subscribed!
thanks ive had really strugled with this move good thing you had a great tutorial
Man thank you so much for this tutorial!!!
Now I can nail perfect faros everyone
I recently started with cardistry and couldn't do this on crappy plastic cards. Just got a couple of Bycicle decks and pulled it off first try. It's so much easier than it seems.
i tried that a minute ago the first time and had to srcream out loud cause i got it right away ty :D
well guess i got lucky on that first try.... xD
finally someone that knows how to explain.
I can weave about 5 cards.
Same bruh. Any tips for progress?
I don't get it.. sometimes it's super easy and sometimes the cards just refuse to weave together.
it depends how the cards are cut.. for eg. bicycle cards faro easily(ah.. not really) face up as they are traditionally cut..
Traditional cuts are designed to faro face down (usually only casino-type decks but this is changing recently) and modern cut are meant to faro face up.
@@DEEPAKGUPTA-oq8oo Wrong. Bikes are modern cut.
@@RationallySkeptical Nope, gold seal bikes (around 7euros per deck) has the traditional cut, also the "new" suprime line bicycles, rest (normal riderback etc) has the normal cut (the one for face up faro)
OMGOMG IT JUST HAPPENED
THAT FELT SOOO GOOD
Mastered the the one handed shuffle after watching this again
got it down really fast. thanks a lot!
I pulled it off on first try lol, thanks for your tutorial
pro tip: have the card packets facing opposite directions to check how close to perfect your faro is
it's not the perfect patty... it's the getting them together part
part
thanks man i was having trouble with this but this video really helped
thanks for the awesome tutorial
To weave cards, apart from pressuring them at an angle, twist the cards (ie rotate one hand) so you'll have the feel of how easy the cards intertwine altogether. And pressure both cards too hard, just make sure they are aligned, push and angle it, then rotate about. Use the corners to weave cards, it helps
This helped me so much thank you.
No way!!! 3rd time near prefect shuffle!!!
First time with small pack almost perfect
How??? I can't get it started :(
YourJustAsSaneAsMe If your starting out just count off 26 cards and square them up best you can in each hand. The knack is pressure points when weaving them. Don't push or force them in. Also when weaving them together weave them upwards. I start weaving cards from the bottom up.
so Cool, this is the first tutorial that helps me to do Faro =) Thank You
TIP: You're gonna need a new deck after you've learned this
ohhhh shieett, got it at the first time with my new bicycle cards!! it felt great man haha, tahnks a lot for the tutorial xDD
not sure if this was touche on in any of the comments, certain decks faro better from the top down depending on how they are cut at the factory.
thankyou! 5mins had it down:)
I can’t do it is that bad?
Try to push the edges together, its much easier, and also bring your two thumbs together when the cards are interweaving
i done it 2 times!!it was awesome!!
i usually bridge the cards after i weave them like that, i like it more
Are there any good tricks you would recommend that use the faro shuffle?
It actually did help me, thanks ^.^
Thanks best tutorial i've seen thanks!
Use a used deck of cards, managed to get the hang of it using an old deck, not perfect, but now it's a matter of practice for me.
This worked perfectly for me.....!!
So you recommend using a new deck rather than a used broken in deck
First faro shuffle I've ever done was with the raspberry mints
i did this on my second try without this video with the momento mori cards... although it kinda fell apart after not holding the cards hard enough xD nailed it?
got it in 10min, great tutorial!
this helps so much !! thank you !!
Do you need USPCC rated cards to do this? Because on my basic Walmart deck, this ain't working, these cards are literally like glued together. I can do it, but I have to slide them, and once its ''Done'' it takes stupid amount of pressure to slide them from corner to straight.
Thanks man, it really helped me!
Oh my god, you people. Practically no force is required. It is technique. You can do it with any cards, old or new, paper or plastic. Just practice. -_-
Daniel Ray With plasticcards it is more difficult and little more force is required at least that's what I've seen on mine. But yes, it IS possible on plastic. One handed shuffle isn't at least for me, but faro is different thing.
well its perfect for you iv been practicing this for months and still always have at least on block of two
apparently iv been practicing wrong because i wasn't starting corner to corner i was starting edge to edge or corner to edge
thanks man this helped my faro a lot but can yiu make a tutorial on how to do it with a old pack of cards
Thank you! Now i learn how to do that!!!
i recommend practicing with only half a deck of cards first, so 13 cards in each hand. it helped me get it down and was much easier after that. Also you might wanna use older cards that are NOT colored like just an ordinary bicycle deck of cards that you don't care if you ruin. it took me like an hour but i've got it down, i'm still not great at it but i can do it just keep trying at first it seems impossible but over time you'll get it
can we initiate the faro from the corners which are the furthest away from you? or is there a recommended way to initiate it?
Are those all decks of cards that you've won in contests?
The joints of my fingers locked up, while trying this xD
I really enjoy your videos .. How do I contact you?
@DecksAndContests Hi! I really like your tutorials and find it very amusing to do all these tricks. I have only one suggestion to this video. I did the weave and after that I finished it off with a bridge. My point is if you want you can put a anotation to say this is on of the ways to parctice the birdge. Plus it adds a little more eye candy to the trick :)
what cards do you use, asad? I always see the and they look amazing.
It's in the description♠️♦️♣️♥️
the description advertises bikes. he's using a Dan and Dave smoke and mirrors...i think. pretty sure blue is Version 5
very easy! thank u so much
helps a lot! thank you
when you push them together do the cards have to be spread apart abitor held really loosely? cause i cant do this at all i cant even get the weave started
Omg i finally did it once!
Thanks - this tutorial is great.
Cost me a sore thumb and a ruined Ghost Deck but fkin worth it man! Tks you very much =))
thanks that helped me sooo much thank you
very helpful thanks for the video
So yeah I managed to finally get that opening "weave" or however you spell it (sorry, not an native english speaker, first time I hear that term), but it only goes for like 4-5 cards, then I tried sliding a bit and the weave wen to 10 cards approximately, but that's really the best I can do ... I feel so freaking useless.
pressure should be proper.
@minibot159 What cards do you have? When i first started doing this i had poor quality cards and i had the same problem
