Thx for clear explanation, we just bought IFB Neptune vx, we used Finish salt, ifb rinse aid and ifb detergent. We just started the wash, but even after 30 min of washing and still running, the salt symbol is glowing red, please help if this fault in machine or if we use other brand salt it will show like that

Requirement of salt depends on the hardness of water. In my case the salt lasts for 6 months approx.

Madam I am using IFB vx dishwasher since 2days.afyer finishing the entire process in "daily 60°c" mode,white foam is visible on the dishes.gave 18gm of IFB detergent to clean 2racks utensils.the utensiles look silky.if I pour water into the vessel to use,it feels like some starch .sticky.please help overcome this problems.1kg IFB salt is given, rinse aid 80% given to machine.

It depends upon hardness of water. Since the water condition at my place is good. I do it once a three months. There is an dishwasher cleaning video in my channel .

I have Neptune VX and it has low rinse aid indicator which turns red whenever the rinse aid lavel goes down beyond the specified lavel. Thank you for watching my video and your coment

Welcome. There is no rinse aid lavel indicator. The red indicator will be on only when the rinse aid lavel is down
