I’ve tried for YEARS to get my time down from 4 hours & I’m unsuccessful. Unless they come washed and I braid fast. Other than that… there’s no part they can be rushed!
I’m so glad I’m not the only one! Because it’s about 3.5-4hrs for me but I’m just getting back to it but I want to do a good install. Because these clients spend some good money on these bundles and installs so I want it be as perfect as possible.
Flopped. Used the wrong thread, and I couldn’t find my curved needle and I didn’t have all my mirrors but it lasted four days when I took it out. I’ll try again In the spring 😂
This is everything I needed to know I’m so happy I found your page. I’m a upcoming stylist I just opened my first salon and I want to master all my crafts
Hey! New subbie here! I'm a stylist as well and I want to get into using the 2x6 closures. I want to start filming more of my hair content so you have definitely inspired me!
This video is sooo helpful, Thank you sm! You made the process very simple and easy to follow. I did my own sew in for the first time today and it came out so good. I love it! 😊 it took me about 4.5 to 5 hours though but I loved it. 😊
Hi Alana thank you for sharing this install technique! And your vibe just give girls girl which is so refreshing to see. Do you happen to have any videos that maintenance these 2x6 closures? Where they come get the install shampooed and reapplication of the 2x6.
@@iamalanamicaela So I did it by Wednesday and I discovered 3 things: I can cornrow my own head--feeling very proud bout that-- 2. My sewing was somewhat good for an ameteur but needs work. And 3: closures are my worse enemies and I took it out the next day after an all nighter. I went to school looking like who woulda thoooot and I put them twists back so quick soon after. But love the tut. Bless u and yours skills maam.
This was so helpful and I absolutely love your spirit and your willingness to help us learn🥹 please never change 🫶🏽 you definitely just got a new subscriber out of me !
Thank you!! This is a great first video to run into as I’m looking to install my own bundles and 2x6 closure. Somebody, Anybody, Please share her detailed needle work/sew video link. That triple loopty loop after she first puts the needle through the weft? looks promising and I’m trying to get right! 🪡 🧵
It makes me feel better knowing I’m not the only one taking 4 hours on my install to be sure my work is precise
@@zeona.ymani_4868 absolutely not, good work takes time.
Yeah that’s about right. 😊My stylist takes that long too. 3 hrs if I come washed.
