just had what i thought was a problem but was really my own silliness...if youre using a hp envy laptop like i am and you see your camera isn't working, check and see if you have your slider over the camera with your thumb. I feel so silly... 😭

The camera doesn't show on the device manager itself, for hp Zbook G4 mobile workstation. Any help would be appreciated

If it doesn't show then it means the camera is not connected meaning it's a hardware issue

@@arceus9125 no it was a driver issue, i took it to the repair shop, and he just reinstalled windows, and it worked fine.
I mean what's the use of hardware if the driver doesn't detect it.

Everything is fine now.
