omg i love ftisland sounding like this!!!they sound so amazing and really hard rock i was hoping for this style of rock when i first found them in kpop music was looking for a band i could like sadly i dont really like such mellow balled rock music much so i lost interest in this band but then i watched their live MTV UNPLUGGED and loved it so much i had to come find them again its a pity they dont rock this hard when doing Korean music it makes me feel a bit annoyed that they have to go to japan to really show their true colors and talent when they are so great playing like this

I think you got confused, sounds like this meaning more alternative and different from their usual's, doesn't mean it certainly has to be J-rock if that is what you are implying, alternative is a wide genre (Japanese is the language and nationality not genre of music). Anyways I'm saying this just for FT Island, if your familiar with their Korean songs, you'll probably would also like them to explore with an alternative direction once in a while.
