This was beautiful... The legacy of The Originals' roots.
Klaus was so much more than a bloodthirsty original. He definitely had different sides to him. He could be very kind , friendly, and even merciful at times. He had a good sense of humor and was quite the ladies man too. He wasn't all about murdering and being a tyrant.
He was also a child-killer.
@@stirlingarcher7972 yeah he killed a child that tried to slaughter his baby lol. I would've done the same to protect my baby. BTW if he was do ruthless towards children he would've killed Davina a long time ago and he never would've saved those children from the hollows thugs
I'm not denying that Klaus was certainly a complex individual, and certainly there were occasions where one could sympathize with his difficult childhood, but there is the irony that others could certainly loathe him for his inhumanity. True, he embraced death to save his daughter, but I possess difficulties perceiving whether it could compensate for the bloodshed that he perpetrated. Perhaps he had redeemed himself to an extent, but I am not convinced that he could redeem himself completely.
Yes
@@michaelcollins2607Redemption would require that he lives and that he spends his life making the world a better place to redress the balance of the lives he destroyed... But that would only be actual redemption if he felt true remorse for all the pain that he had caused. If he didn't, then he would simply be escaping justice.
"He was hard to get rid of, and so am I" ❤❤❤
Out of all the ways I thought Aurora would die I didn't think it would be this way. It was so beautiful in her last moments she got to be beside someone who reminded her of the best parts of the man, that for better worse she loved. I also never thought Aurora would be the person to tell Hope she's the best of Klaus, again it was done so beautifully.
Yeah, hope reminded her of that part of Klaus she fell in love with..she couldn't let her die..tragically beautiful..
I actually did not think Aurora would die. Iam so glad hope and her ended up being friends. So glad they chose to be friends and not killing each other and be friends. The truth is : Aurora and her brother was stalking and first went after the Mikealson's ( including Hope) at the end.
"There was a part of my father that you never saw " Seriously? Auror knew Klaus in a age where he still was kind, and gentle, and good and loving. She knew him better than anyone. They share each others secrets. How can Hope said tht Aurora never saw or knew that Klaus? The writers did messed up that, so I would look like Aurora finally understand that Klaus had good in him. Horrible writing.
I would say what Hope meant was Aurora forgot the good she saw in Klaus before everything that happened afterwards. And Hope just reminded her of it. Slight mistake but I still like the scene.
Klaus was my fav actor en he made happy 4 his deeds killing and ego
Everything Hope said about Klaus was true
He just had to show it more he only showed it to Hayley or cami or Hope
@Francisco Leyva Martin YASSSSS
He really changed only for Hope. He was good to Hayley because he loved her and appreciated the gift she gave him. In TVD we have seen a little bit of his good side thank to Caroline.
@@xXWolfMurderessXxlmao he was abusive , toxic and manipulative to Caroline he only showed his good sides in The Originals
@@khadijarafi8902 not really he showed jjst a little good sides like how he saved caroline from them witches and was always helpful sometimes so he was no manipulative and abusive!😐
Klaus was the best character and never forgotten.
"He was pretty hard to get rid of... So am I."
I love this, she said nothing but truth, but I kinda wanted her to say 'But I'm my mother's daughter too' when she stabbed the ground, cause Hayley was always for giving people second chances and mercy
I did read somewhere they can’t mention her in any way or they will get sued
@@ellerose979 they mentioned Hayley in the Mikaelsons Reunion episode
@@mete8901 but they can’t mention her on the show cause she did buy the rights of her character and they need her permission or she can sue them
@@ellerose979 they mentioned her in season 4 episode 15, so they can talk about her but are not allowed to show pictures and stuff
@@mete8901because Phoebe most likely gave them permission. She did buy the rights for her character Hayley Marshall. So it’s not possible that they can mention or show her.
Please post the scene when Lizzie says Hope is not alone
Who is here after Joseph announced on IG he will be back in legacies
I gotta admit I'm a little confused by them saying Aurora only knew the evil and vengeful version of Klaus and never the loving and kind version. We literally saw in the flashbacks of them that that's so far from the truth. He was really sweet with her and so in love. He was still good when he met her. Yes, he'd killed Esther in a fit of rage, but he still felt guilt over killing people to survive, he chose mercy over violence, he admitted to Aurora about killing Esther and clearly felt remorse over it. Then Elijah compelled Aurora to break his heart and that was the final straw and what pushed him over the edge. Yes, she later knew the cruel and evil Klaus Mikaelson, but to say that was the only version she knew is just not true at all.
True..also Aurora and/or Tristan are the ones who came after and stalked the Mikealsons at the end
@@Karazorel.Ms.PG1 Yeah. Like, what Elijah did to them was fucked up, but Klaus was always sweet to her until SHE went after HIM and his family. And even during that whole mess he was sweet to her at times. It doesn’t make sense! 🤣😭
Finally someone say it. Aurora did knew the sweet and decent Klaus that Hope described.
@@braveandblessed9279 it just doesn’t make sense to me. They’ve clearly forgotten their entire history and it’s really annoying... 🤷♀️
But what he did to Katherine was out right disgusting and cruel. He still isn’t remorseful about it.
I am glad that they putting season 4 on Netflix cuz cw getting on my nerves 😒
I'm very sad that most of The Originals made a comeback in this show (except Elijah), but the three main characters, Elena, Stefan and Damon didn't make a comeback. 🙁🙁🙁 They were the original characters in this Vampire Diaries universe. I was so obsessed with TVD back in 2009.
I understand your s'adresse but the come-back needs to make sense, not just fan service 😊
They were main charecters in the vampire diaries yes. Completely irrelevant to Hope really. The originals came because they’re hopes family. Tvd is over & so is the originals but they are hopes family so we see them.
their characters would make no sense in this show though? these characters makes sense to return and they had more story to tell
So how do you wanna Elijah come back from his stupid suicide that was mandatory to kill off the "old males" to even being able to create this feminist shitshow?
But they're not as good as the Originals ( the Mikaelsons) and they aren't even that interesting so what's the need
Couldn’t Hope had just compelled Aurora to forget Klaus and move on with her life
no bc it's a kid show and they try to be good
The original really owe cami jack Tyler and everyone
I love Niklaus but he was good only to his family. What about all the innocent people he killed in the millennium
You are right and that seems to be lost on a lot of fans. He was good to a few other ppl over the 1000 years (Stephan, Caroline, Cami, Marcel) but he was cruel and ruthless simply because he could be. The love of his family nor Elijah unwavering faith didn't change him. It was having Hope.
Finally someone said it
They act like dude was a saint
Not true ...he loved more then his family. MARCEL CAMI,CAROLINE.........OTHERS
@@Karazorel.Ms.PG1 in fact I meant his family and his loved ones but what about the unknown People he killed during the century?
Cool
I loved it they did aurora right! Cuz i loved aurora and didn't wanted her to die.. and im glad they gave her a closure in legacies ♥️
Can you do the vampire diaries 4x01 Caroline in the woods
0:33 is just a carbon copy of the season 2 finale of btvs with only half of its charm
I wish cami Enzo Henric Hailey Stefan and Tyler could come here
Honestly this right here proves she is better then klaus she could’ve slaughtered Aurora where she laid either by snapping her neck, biting her with her venom and making her die a slow death or ripping her heart out.
He was good to Hope and their family, though evil to many others
Knowing Klaus past, his never been evil his step dad made him evil and remember that facts he yelled at their mothers face of how he became evil. It's not just their fathers fault but most of all its their mothers fault her mistake pushes Klaus to take the blame
Mikael was a huge factor in who Klaus became that’s true. Klaus was a grown ass man though, even before he was turned. His childhood abuse doesn’t excuse any of the horrific things he did or the thousands upon thousands of innocent people he killed. He murdered children ffs.
@@stirlingarcher7972 I still hadn’t forgiven him for what he did to Katherine
That still doesn’t mean that he should’ve inflicted his pain that Mikael gave him onto others.
@@Shadowblade_-yi5hr and Klaus acknowledged he was wrong to do that.
@@fandomking8939 when?
this is what jesus ment with turn the other cheek ^^ do better be diffirent.
No humanity would have no diff her wirh combat and her high speed and strength or used magic to end her in a second and here they true hope is playing around like no humanity hope isn't playing games she ends anyone that stands in her way real quick
🙏✌️cami Hailey Henric jack Jenna John and Tyler
The Originals pettyness and hatred of Cami shone bright in this scene. Cami was why Klaus changed. She taught him that he could be different for his daughter. Way to pretend that never happened.
actually it was Caroline that brought out his humanity and the reason he even gave a second glance to cami aka the caroline knockoff
@@traveler317 ur delusional , Cami was Klaus' s refuge and a brave fierce woman and Klaus was hella toxic to Caroline ( he literally attempted r*pe,😐
@@traveler317 Cami gave Klaus therapy, that’s the most important thing anyone has ever done for Klaus Mikaelson. “Caroline’s magical vagina” didn’t heal Klaus’ abused inner child, Cami’s therapist skills did that.
Weirdly possessive fans that take ‘ships’ way too seriously and need to get real lives and touch grass harassed the actress that plays Cami to the point she quit the show. They were forced to kill the character off because the psycho fans were effecting the woman’s mental health. I doubt she’d want to come back after all she went through.
@@stirlingarcher7972 yeah exactly , That's literally why Klaus went after her , he didn't want no mature realationship ☠️
Hope was better than her dad in the fact that she accepted to die and to kill the one person she loved the most to save the lives of other innocents, many of whom she didn'teven know..she made sure that klaus's sacrifice, her family's sacrifices for her were worth it..she made sure that klaus was remembered not for the evil that he was but for the legacy he left behind by bringing 'Hope Mikaelson' into the world..
Though he was also remembered for his evil actions as well, history book in the school gives him the title the great evil
Cami definitely change Klaus for the better
Can't characters just revel in being villainous? I'm so sick of this "actually x villain was never that bad just misunderstood" it was clever the first like 100 times it was used but it has become monotonous
Klaus has never been entirely evil though. This scene didn’t change anything. Just reiterated what was already established in TVD and originals
I’m sorry to break it to you, Hope, but Klaus did not make up for his sins, nor did he try. Sure, he sacrificed himself for family but he still killed a bunch of innocent people in the end. That’s not redemption, that’s just pure evil.
Klaus was evil. And I'm sick of this narrative that he wasn't. Yes he eventually became a better man. And somewhat of a good father. But he spent hundreds of years slaughtering innocents, kept his siblings locked in coffins when they had a disagreement, and ruined other's lives permanently with his impulsive anger. Klaus *was* evil but Hope only saw and was present for the good of her father life.
Klaus' past does not invalidate his transformation, just as his transformation does not invalidate his past.
Yea he was evil. But it wasn't all that he was. That's what Hope is explaining to aurora. Doesn't excuse klaus's sins tho.
The show the originals changed him. Remember in vampire diaries he took stefan and made him kill innocent people for no reason. In the originals he usually killed for a reason.
@@codysimerley3416 yea unconditional love what Klaus always wanted through family and loyalty. he gained that through Hope which changed him.
She read about what he did saw him murder but she was his daughter she lived him and he lived her he wanted to be worthy of her so she lived him unconsitiinally
This show was terrible
Terrible show
Don’t watch it then it’s people that love i5
Yet u in the comments worried about a show u don’t like don’t watch it
@@georgebyrd5503 I'm allowed my opinion
@@jensen893 why state your opinion on something you clearly don’t like? can’t be that terrible you took the time to comment negativity and tried to hide it as an “opinion”. which leads me to believe despite you commenting what you commented you still keep up with the show because no matter how “terrible” you say it is you’ll continue to watch. next time just keep it to yourself and don’t kill the vibe for everyone else who LOVES and SUPPORTS the show NO MATTER what.
I know. I wish it was more like TVD or TO, honestly but I love their acting even though they are new actors. Let's give them a chance 😀
