Cassette recorder up to the TV speaker? I thought I was the only one who did that, balanced on a stack of annuals to get it as close as possible. Those were the days.
Holy shit! Someone found the entire song somewhere....I've heard the credits version so many times I keep rattling off what Latello says during the credits. hehehhe "Hey, what're you lookin' at?!"
I've been trying to get hold of this since I was 16 back in '85. I'm now 50. Where did you find the full un dialogued version. Great song and underrated film. Yes very rare.
Thank you for whoever got this because I could never find this and this is the only version you can find anywhere. Thank you!. Hell even electric dreams soundtrack was easier to find than this...
I left school that year, I've been after this for 35 years as the full tune, not the films end credit version, where vince talks over parts of it. You are a wonder to us all and a great find of a great tune.
Wow! You have the full version of this song! I've been looking for it for probably 25 years now, being it was never released to CD or LP. I would love to know where you got it, if at all possible! :)
AWESOME!!! Thank you! I recorded the DVD ending credits version of this song, which of course, has the overdubs by Fisher Stevens, which is ok, but to hear the 'studio' version is great! Thank you!!!
Old, bald fat man it didn't make enough money when it was originally released. The studio didn't give it a big push either, they just kind of dumped it with a small run. It's a shame, as it garnered a strong following on cable. But sequels only get made when the first film is a box office hit. I love this movie, but I vividly remember seeing it opening weekend, and there was hardly anyone in the theater.
Now if only someone can help me find the sound effects used in that movie, specifically the flash sound heard immediately before the end credits. I hear that sound used in sci-fi anime all the time as well, so it must exist in some obtainable SFX library
Wish I could find this movie don't have it anymore I want it bad what I love is the kitties in the movie have to all get along it doesn't matter whether you like each other or not you need to turn off that engine otherwise goodnight and goodbye to the universe the kitties realize this means you as well at have to learn to get along with each other whether they like each other or not watch the movie and you'll see what I mean
The 80s movie soundtracks were the best!!!!!!
Totqlly true
You gotta listen to Rocky IV and Transformers ost, vince dicola is the goat
You, sir, are an 80s nostalgic god among men! Thank you for this wonderful gift!
OMG THANK YOU! Been looking for a dialogue free version since I first put my cassette recorder up to the TV speaker back in '85!
We're two of a kind, my friend. I had whole cassettes full of TV/Movie themes!
I did that too back in the day.
Did the exact same thing in the opening credits of 'The Wizard' with my TalkBoy.

Finally! The full length song uncorrupted by the dialogue! Turning this into an MP3 and onto my phone it goes! 😃

"Hey, what're you lookin' at?!"
Probably from the Intrada CD of the film's soundtrack.

This movie is just awesome. Beginning to end. four out of four stars.
I very nostalgically remember watching this movie on my public TV channel on a weekend in the early 1990s! Thank you for the awesome memories! 🤓
Excellent: I remember that, for years, there was no version of this without the dialogue inserts. Great quality too. Love 80s soundtracks.
Appreciate the upload. Slice of my childhood right here 👌🏼
Catchy song!! I love this. Brings me back to my childhood!!

This and Weird Science are classics. Surprised a sequel was never done for My Science Project.

Mark Walters plenty of films that fail in theaters get sequels. Just take a look at blade runner!
Yes! real genius with Val kilmer was a similar flick
Thank you for this, I love this 80's cult classic movie and song!
Epic 🎉 80ts Forever

» Can we all exist in #abstract #logic?
The answer's right here, in My #Science Project! «

Just saw a tubes show in NY. Wish they played this one.
