BTC is as real as money gets. If you want to exchange them for fiat, open an account on any number of crypto exchanges.

No. Learn to keep your BTC in a “cold wallet,” instead of keeping it on an exchange. I’ve been holding crypto since 2017, and my BTC stays on tbe exchange for about one minute before I transfer to my cold wallet. But, don’t trust me or anyone else-even with the info I just gave you. Learn about this new technology via books, vids, podcasts. After a while, you will be able to discern the good info from the bad. A good place to start is the book, “The Bitcoin Standard.” This is a new technology, and it takes a bit of time to understand it. Don't buy anything before you understand it. If you educate yourself FIRST, you will be in a better place to make a decision. Best to you.
@@RobischekYou can get scammed in just about any endeavor in life. BTC is no different. Keep your BTC in cold wallet, instead of on an exchange. Educate yourself on this new and exciting technology via books, videos, podcasts, etc. You will soon know more about this subject than most of your friends. You will then be ready to decide whether you want to invest. The fear of getting scammed will abate significantly. But don’t believe me or any other single source. Do your own investigation. @@werquantum my barber doesnt take bitcoin, neither does my daily restaurant or any supermarket around, or travel agency, my insurance company, basicaly any service around me. But bitcoin "ATM"s are all over the place.
