If you are having problems with it not spinning, tighten up the choke, ours came already loose and when you pull the handle itll work but once you put the tiller down the vibration knocked the choke cable loose.
What’s that white thing covering the wheel hub? I bought one and have gone thru two inter tubes on the right wheel. There is no grommet on the rim that protects the inner tube valve stem from rubbing against metal on rim.
Yes, move the selector lever to Furrow Ridging to have the tines counter rotate with respect to the forward rotation of the drive wheels. @0:25 of this video, the selector lever is in Scarify The Soil. The tines rotate the same direction as the forward rotation of the drive wheels.

Just states fill the tires up with air. I just never peald them off.
I thought these were counter rotating tillers?

The tines are very high rpm compared to my craftsman.
They do whip. Tears up the ground faster.

Yes. people think one side rotates one way the other side opposite. They both turn the same direction. Forward or reverse.

if you would reverse the blade the opposite was the machine is pulling the machine would work a lot better.
