I hope you enjoy the tutorial, and if you need more help, I’d be happy to assist!
the armored casket
Gravemind is one the greatest enemies of all time. Mostly bc its actually very possible that in some part of the vast universe an entity like him exist and if it does i hope we never encouter
I agree, he’s really cool! Although if humanity were to meet him he probably wouldn’t be as cool lol
Two corpses in one grave.
And yet, perhaps a part of her remains.
Dude this is amazing, I had no idea that this was an impression video. I thought they were just quotes from the game put one after another. You did such a great job, I only found out that this was an impression video by visiting the comment section and that my brother was telling me that it sounds a little better than the original.
Glad to see you back, loved the Gman video!
Thank you so much! I’m glad to be back too.
This made me cry
Impressive. Truly impressive
Wow this is amazing. How in the earth did you find out how to do his voice. It's sounds so official. For a second I thought it was leaked or cut content.
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed it! I found out by just messing around in Garage Band lol.
@@funnyjokecreations1543 YOU DID THIS IN GARAGE BAND?????? HAHAHAHA 100/10
I just uploaded a tutorial if you’re still interested in seeing how it’s done!
Well done
Welcome back!
Thanks for sticking around!
This was extremely good voice acting with average normal tools for voicing the Graeme very good.
There are some more Gravemind lines that were cut from Halo 3 which are very good and worth listening to.
The Gravemind is one of those threats so lethally capable, rapidly exponentially escalating, and extremely complexly intelligent and able to process the knowledge it gains at such a alarming rate with hyper complex problem solving skills and perceptions within it's verse that it would likely strageically out think and smart entities like the Chaos god Tzeentch from Warhammer 40k in a psychological debate and in making strageic plans.
Another factor and trait which makes it even more deadly to even other powerful settings is that the Gravemind doesn't forget it's past failed infestations either and unlike other hiveminds and overminds in sci fi it's present link to conducting and commanding it's armies does not break or seem to hinder unless the main bioform is annihilated quickly as possible.
I think it is likely the Forerunners tried to develop a tactic like that and it failed along side the other one thousand plans their research branch tried develop which were tried and failed.
Thank you for liking the video despite the bad hardware lol. I’ve heard the cut dialogue after recording this, and I’ve been tempted to record them, as well as redoing this video.
Also, I agree with everything you said about the Gravemind, it’s incredibly smart, terrifyingly so. Another thing I enjoy is it’s origins, even though I’m not incredibly versed in them. To my knowledge, the flood was born when the precursors turned into a certain dust to heal, but instead turned into infection. It’s so cool to me! Anyways, thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts!

I appreciate this good art. Whatever the Flood's true peak limit is with their parameters I think Halo Silentium was hinting they were about to enter a new untold tier when they started infecting the space-time and had complete full control over the Domain. They had so many Precursors star roads and had implemented and incorporated neural physics weapons and abilities into it's armies that they would maw on any Forces of Chaos or Tyranid hivefleet. At that point they would likely be stronger then any Stellaris Gigastructures and Ancient Cache of Technologies faction or M Bank's Culture factions.
I don't think the mass amounts of Keyminds really needed or required a Contender Class Ai like Mendicant Bias to lead it's armies anymore at that point when their dominion and infestation over the Milky Way was almost complete and total except for a few pockets or systems they did not expanded to yet.
There is a theory about the Flood based on the Primordial's horrific secret by Installation00 which suggest a type of cosmic horror that's even worse then even the Chaos gods, the Tyranids hivemind, and other unknown extra dimensional horrors of Warhammer 40k.
That the Flood are the Precursors as planned and that they following the doctrine of the Living Universe to absorb knowledge and suffering of existence to experience it.
@thorshammer7883 The flood is extremely terrifying due to their immense power, but also how they twist and contort living beings to suit it’s needs. Which brings me to a question I have wondered for a while: why don’t we see the flood infect the grunts? You could say the grunts aren’t strong enough, which could be true, if not for the grunt rebellion. I’ve always been curious as to what a flood infected grunt would look like lol
@@funnyjokecreations1543
The Flood could infect the grunts when ever they want. That is not really a question. It's just stuff the games don't really bother using. And the Flood would probably prefer to use infection forms that could could fight effectively. Any other lifeforms not so good in that role would serve as biomass to create better pureforms that can do the tasks and purposes they intend or need to use them for.
Ok, thank you for the answer!
In a weird way I feel like your version is better than the og version. I like the original but at times it could be a little incoherent.
I’m honored that you like my version! Thank you!
I have a question. How do you rate the Italian dub of the Gravemind?
By the way, it's curious but in this version Master Chief is dubbed by the same voice actor we used for Jim Raynor of Starcraft.

I really like how gravelly the voice is. Even though I absolutely love Dee Bradley Baker’s version (mainly because he’s one of my favorite voice actors from when I was a kid) this is really cool as well! Unfortunately, I don’t understand Italian, but I pretty much know what they’re saying, as I’ve seen that scene a thousand times lol. Thank you for showing this dub to me!
@@funnyjokecreations1543 thank to you for your kindness and good valuation. 😉👍
Can you show your process for how you made that voice modifier?
A magician never reveals his secrets! Fortunately, I’m not a magician. There is one thing however: I made this voice on garage band, but I was able to replicate it on a much better DAW. Is it ok if I show how to make the new (and hopefully improved) Gravemind voice?
@@funnyjokecreations1543 yea thatd be awesome! The way you have the flood groans incorporated in the background is fantastic. If you found an even better way then please id love to learn!
I’d be happy to show how I did it! Let’s just hope I can actually explain it ok lol
I just released a tutorial, feel free to watch it!
How did you do that?
I just released a tutorial! Check it out if you feel like it!
What was the distortion you used for this
I actually didn’t use distortion lol. This was back when I used garage band, and didn’t properly know the distance between me and the mic, so that was the mic clipping lol
Is this you doing this ?
It is!
@@funnyjokecreations1543 imagine if 343 decides to put the flood into infinite they should hire you or probably if they are going to bring back the guy who voiced the gravemind that would be better.
Thank you! I think it would be fun, but I’d love to see Dee Bradley Baker reprise his role.
