    What kind of oil do Japanese chefs use to cook?
    In Italy it’s mainly olive oil as you know

      I understand that you are a little skeptic using spam. Off course you can substitute with the bistecca! The most commonly used oil in Japan is canola oil, then sesami, corn and others.
