1:51 "...walk to all these venues, doesn't want to own a car..." Right but we can't do this while ignoring public transportation or ignoring street designs that are safe and friendly to pedestrians. If you want people to walk around you have to make a system where it's easy and preferable to get there without a car.

“Urban lifestyle” every few year every generation they do this. really don’t mean the best, they mean yt or yt adjacent, or presenting. Because a many other residents have lived here and wanted a space and either they get something that feels real low income or space they feel isolated and unwelcomed. How can these women plan for all when they’re planning for their future selves I.e their offspring and grandchildren. Ppl that look and think like them
