I agree it’s a great price if all you needed was just a big 60x60 garage. However, to make it livable, there’s still a long way to go with insulation, electrical wiring, plumbing, drywall, HVAC, light fixtures, cabinets, flooring, on and on. It really adds up fast as you will see in the next videos. Thanks for watching!
@@EvolutionAutocrosser For sure, I was just comparing costs to a friends garage we recently built. Before we did all of the insulation/wiring.
