The green trousers are what is worn by the wing cleaners, servery (people who serve the food), etc. Therefore, these prisoners would be trusted on their wing by the officers and would be in the position to have this much freedom whilst other inmate are still banged up. So, the actual footage, location, and way their dressed is correct and spot on for a UK inmate.
