They came out looking really good! It's definitely not an easy art but it's lots of fun, you're off to a great start and we only get better with practice! Soon you won't even need a light. You'll be able to do a sweet job just by feel. RockOn Bro, you're doing a great job!!

Im starting to really fall in love with fluorite, so colourful!!!! I got a lamp with a magnifying glass for my flatlap rig!!!!.....so in the start of this video, when cutting, that green stone in the tray...did Ragnar misbehave and lose an appendage...blahahahahahahaha

How long does it take to cut and polish flourite. I've just got a big chunk in and I don't use machinery I hand cut my stones on diamond, whet and water stones
It's very soft, goes pretty quickly! Would be ideal to work by hand!
@@RagnarRocks it's just taken me 34 hours to cut a 8ct garnet into a 3ct flawless garnet. Thank you for the advice Im starting on the fluorite today.

@@RagnarRocks all cut and polished to a 8000 grit. Took 6 hours all together if I could send pics I would.
