I truly believe it will be one of top notch society in future. I will suggest to have focus on sustainability related things to keep the cost of living down e.g. solar energy, water conservation, cycling, electric transport vehicles from different parts of society area to downtown etc. focus more on trees on both sides of road, quality education and health facilities,
