To be honest, I feel like they are really popular and stand out so much among other bands in their genre because their music feels more solid in every aspect. Most bands in their genre are so flowy and almost all of their sounds blend together like air a lot of the time, and in many cases you can't make out the lyrics well enough to hear what's being sung. That isn't necessarily bad but I think it makes me the music less impactful. The song structure is also less defined which I also think reduces impact. But these guys are just so solid and well structured! You can always clearly hear what's being sung and played so all of the sounds can impact you and it just feels a lot more powerful. Their songs are clearly pieced into intros, verses, and choruses as well which really helps to catch attention because you can connect with each section and know like Ah this is my fav part. When I first heard their songs I was kind of like Oh this is the same genre (as all the other bands)? Because the solid presentation of the songs was just so different and so was being able to clearly hear the singer. Also there were so many new musical sounds that I didn't hear much from a lot of the other groups I checked out. These guys are really unique in their genre and pack a powerful presentation so it's really hard for them not to stand out.
What stands out about this band is their passion and sincerity for the music that they create. Their performance comes from a real love of what they do. It's contagious and appealing to the masses.

I used to be a metalhead. After falling in love with dark aesthetics, someone introduced me to several goth bands. then I found you guys. I can play your 3 albums for hour and hours. umm, I'm an Indonesian woman btw 😁
I recently found out about you guys since I'm new listening to this genre and honestly I feel so lucky i found you. I'm so addicted to listening to your music now. Greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽
possible thoughts between 3:38 and 4:09 are: baris manco, asik veysel, erkan ogur, hardal, etc. reason of silence is the ignition of creation processes of the main characters of the novels written by oguz atay, dosto, camus and sabahattin ali.
I amnot familiar but now he is in my read-list. However, my aim in my comment was to a bit criticise the group since they have left their homeland. This is annoying since it is the easy option to leave home, sorry.
@@rockismygirldude i think we should focus on the fact that they are making music in turkish. that means they don't deny their culture, they just didn't want to live in their homeland. I just discovered your band two weeks ago by accident. I love it!! But sadly, this interview is negative towards your own country? I've been almost all around the world, but when I went to Turkey, I saw that the ENTIRE Europe, its history, beauty, people, and definitely its food, could NOT be compared to Turkeya's one line of Rumi's poetry, one drop of Baspharous waters, one cobble stone of Suliman Masjid! Greece and Spain CAN NOT even compare to Turkiya's one flow of Cappadocia tuft!! Anyways, LOVE ❤️ YOUR MUSIC brothers!!
As you say, Turkey is a cultural goldmine but the problem is all about politics... I'm from turkish origin myself and I totally understand what they meant in this interview
kalabalık kelimesi isveç dilinde de kalabalık anlamına geliyor ve yazımı da aynı. İsveççe ile Türkçe arasında 1000'den fazla ortak aynı anlama gelen kelime var.
I dont think they are muslim. And they clearly left Turkey because of the ideological paradigm shift in Turkey from a liberal secular democracy in to a quasi-totalitarian islamic fascist state.
What happened to the bass player? They really need more band mates. Bass and Synth and V-Drums. The bass player was such a cool part of their visual image.
There's an interview out there where the interview asks Caner what happened and Caner gets pretty hostile towards his interlocutor saying that Akbulut separated from the band due to lifestyle choices. I can only speculate but note that Akbulut became a big fan of long sleeves his last few years in the band so maybe dope but then again, maybe not.
Null257 Ah, it’s too bad. Bands can be a difficult thing to keep together. And the economy of it all is even harder. But this band really needs to feel like a band and not just two guys with pre-recorded tracks. I wish the best for them and hope they can expand a bit and retain the magic.
