That bearing replaces the bushing in the spur gear

The slipper pads are like stickers. You stick them to the spur gear. Remove white backing from slipper pads. 👍

This doesn't look like it's put together properly. You're using an axial bearing as a trust bearing? And the bearing doesn't appear to be sized properly -- why does the inner diameter of the inner race not match the shaft outer diameter? The bearing is not centered in the video. Also, the input shaft to the transmission has flats on it and the first slipper disc is mated to the flats properly the second disc does not appear to be.
