Thank you for this video! I ordered corporate- friendly heels in a half a size too large. I was hoping the width of my foot would fill the heels out. Nope... the heel of the shoe just flip flopped. I had a 3 pack of walkieze that I never used. This tip is a life saver! The walkies acted like a bumper for my foot. It pushed my foot back comfortably and eliminated the heel rub! I originally ordered these inserts to keep my toes from sliding out in open toe shoes clearly these things do their job!
If my shoe is too small I buy a spray called Money's Worth and it does the trick also under arm deodorant and fill a bag with water and make sure it's tight and doesn't leak and put one in each shoe and put them in the freezer and the ice will stretch the shoes and if I was to do that I would find two clean plastic bags and put them over my shoes because after all they are going in the freezer .... I don't know what I can do to make shoes fit tighter ... My hundred pairs of shoes some are too tight and some are too big THE big shoes I need a solution on how to make them smaller no luck tried everything .
Money's Worth is a shoe stretcher I bought it at a pharmacy and Hudson Bay in Canada brought it in for me and when I wanted another can the shelves were wiped clean .
It's hard to find heels that fit perfectly cuz depending on the brand I'm either a 7.5 or an 8. I've gotten into the habit of just buying size 8's when buying online. A pair of heels I bought recently are a smidge to big for me... Gunna try this and see how it goes.
This is a great tip. I would love to buy heels that fit but, I wear a size 5 and a lot of companies don't even make size 5 so it's impossible to find heels for women with smaller feet.

Most manufacturers don’t make a U.S. 11.5 so I buy a 12 because the 11 is just too tight. But the 12 is a little big. I’m going to try these techniques. Im SOOO glad I found you!!! I just got my own heels for the first time. And when I got home they were a size to big(had socks on when trying them out and didn’t think it would change how they fit on me!) So I was stuck on keeping them and only ever wearing socks with them OR returning them but I had already loved and created a connection with them so I didn’t want to break from them. Wow!! I found a pair of retired shoes (in my size and cheap!) only to find out my heel size isn't the same as my athletic shoe size. In fact, it's half a size smaller. Use a roll on deodorant in your shoes it will stretch them or put some water in a plastic bag tie it tight so it don' leak insert it in the shoe and put it in the freezer . Years ago I bought a can of spray called money's worth and it works . Spray the inside of your shoes not too much In a well ventilated area and then put a plastic bag on each foot and put your foot in the shoes and walk around in them and they will stretch on your feet .... How much you want them stretched use your own discretion. I had a beautiful pair of high heel shoes purple that looked like snake skin and a matching snakeskin purse and I was able to wear the shoes that matched my purse . Good luck

bought some heels for work from Torrid and sized down 1 whole size on the recommendation of an employee (reg size 8) and they were still a bit too big :( but I don't think a 6.5 would've fit, sooo hopefully this trick works for me!

Nice video. My toes unfortunately fold and slide whenever in high heels (open or closed). So it is always a problem for me. A size small is too tight and on my size it slides forward and my toes claws up inside. So it is painful. I will try the method of using all, as I usually only have the silicone pad for the ball of the foot.

Even in east asian sizes, I'm lucky if there's any size that perfectly fits me, which is very rare to come by and it's usually just sneakers I'm trying this hack on a chunky closed platform shoes (without shoelaces) ☺
