Instead of toilet paper, I use my thinner dress socks pushed down in the toe box as a cushion for the extra space while wearing the thicker furry socks. It works incredible, as well.

Got some boots for a steal and this video helped me fit into a whole size up from my regular fit. Only problem I have is I think they look huge on my foot lol
I'm exactly size 11US for Adidas and size 10.5US is pretty snug but still comfortable. I just bought a new pair of Adidas (Retroset) size 11.5US and the fit is slightly loose but still comfortable. My question is, what is the ideal size ratio of the shoe length with your leg length (or full height) that it won't look like you're wearing clown shoes. I know white shoes would make them appear larger compared to darker colored shoes. Assuming they fit perfectly and comfortably, just how big is too big that it starts to look like clown shoes?

It’s my cloth Skechers have gotten wider(floppy) . Only a few months intermittent usage. I have fallen a few times. Like it lacks support on the sides. They are slip ons. I was thinking of getting Velcro and making hook and loops straps to tighten them up. I would have to take them to a cobbler and have sewn on. Dr. What do you think? Size 12 6’ 200lbs. Thanks

I have completed 10 rides so far and there are no issues. The first time trying to fit them on the Peloton bike took 10 minutes (even with the help of an experienced cyclist friend who wears the same type of cleats). It took a couple of rides to break in. After the first two rides there were no issues at all.

I have fallen a few times. Like it lacks support on the sides.
They are slip ons. I was thinking of getting Velcro and making hook and loops straps to tighten
them up. I would have to take them to a cobbler and have sewn on.

I’ll try the heel strip. Got a pair of cowboy boots that are to big and lost the goodwill receipt. I only buy leather from goodwills so I’m not responsible for killing cows.

7 is the only one that teally works besides socks, especially leather/suede

I got a size 12 Kyrie 5 and I thought my foot got bigger cuz I can barely fit my foot on the size 12 But my actual size is 11. So I bought an Air force 1 and dang it was pretty big

These shoes work with the Peloton bike+ (April 2022), ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxGPkov2mNjgZfG33r6Bwvies8jKE4AKZB and are of good enough quality. I have completed 10 rides so far and there are no issues. The first time trying to fit them on the Peloton bike took 10 minutes (even with the help of an experienced cyclist friend who wears the same type of cleats). It took a couple of rides to break in. After the first two rides there were no issues at all.
