I wish we had something like this in America. I love that your ingredients are exactly what I use at home when I bake. In the US bakeries they make cakes using ingredients that are harmful like hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup. All bad for our bodies. It's just terrible. Anyways thanks for posting all of your videos. Your bakery is amazing.
I dunno why but watching people make pastries has become my new way to unwind. Something about watching people create something beautiful is just so relaxing.

Amazing workers! They’re so efficient but also perfect! I wonder if these desserts taste as good as they look. Based on the ingredients, I would think they do! Sometimes pretty stuff is only made to look good and can be poor quality but I think these shops take great pride in creating desserts that are both beautiful and delicious! Now I want to go on a confectionery tour of South Korea!

The decoration is amazing. It’s funny how different tastes are. In the UK we’d be wanting some jam, chocolate, or buttercream but fruit, sponge and cream sounds quite tasty on its own and looks stunning.

Id just like to eat one of the cakes on its own, they look so soft & fluffy. Here in England, we invented the Victoria Sandwich Cake ( invented in the late 1800s & named in honour of the then Queen Victoria) I love this cake, its simple but a rich sponge with strawberry jam & cream between the 2 halves & just sprinkled with icing sugar However seeing your cakes is a real eye opener No wonder you have become so successful! You deserve it! Such beauty & life like blossoms I wonder if the different icings have different tastes? Like Rose Essence for the pink or coloured roses? Almond taste for blossoms? Lemon essence for yellow flowers? Id spend a week just eating the icing flowers from the outside of the cake before i ate all the cake & fruit within. I think you must love cake yourself? Anyone who can make something so beautiful & inspiring must give love when making & decorating I love your videos, there is indeed something quite Zen about watching you decorate these cakes Its so relaxing & calming & watching the artistry create the flowers is just wonderful Plus im wanting some cake right Now! If ever i come to S Korea i shall come & buy cakes at your shop. I have been thinking of visiting your country to sample the street food as im addicted to watching the preparations & making of mouth watering foods On utube videos I would come back to England much fatter than when i started.
