В натуральный бисквит не кладут разрыхлитель и соду За счёт взбивания . объем бисквита увеличивается в 7 раз от первоначального объема Желательно в тесто добавить.ванильный сахар и цедру.

Я так понимаю, что разрыхлитель уже в составе муки. Даже в продаже есть такая мука и называется она "самоподнимающаяся"
