It’s funny that you failed to mention homes that were on the market overpriced and the sellers ended up pulling them out. Homes in Sequim & Port Angeles are overpriced. Most of the homes we have toured with our agent are unkempt and if the owners have inside pets, they stink.

There were some of those homes for sure, Homes that didnt sell are not a part of the market report. Most get relisted and sell and become part of future data. We could totally geek out on data and stats but most just want to know are prices going up or down and how long will it take. Thanks!
