Hi Theresa, I believe I flipped the fries 3 times. I would say you can make as many potatoes as you can fill in the basket, but you may need to flip more depending on how full the basket is.
Tried your recipe... Everything was good until the breadcrumbs... 1 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs was way way too much... Maybe 1/2 cup is all that's needed... Had to add 2 cups more of milk just to make it edible

Sorry to hear that. Our family loves the breadcrumbs, but the recipe can definitely adjusted to fit everyones preference :)
