Love u coach but I’m not getting looks by someone who helps less than I do. I can confidently say that I care about football more than anybody on my team and it goes unrewarded, and I’ve always been overlooked. What do I do? I can’t take much more of this.
You can care more for sure, but the work ethic and your execution has to match that level of care. Idk you personally or the situation you’re in, but you just have to be really honest with yourself about the things you’re doing everyday and the execution of those. If you’re in a bad situation it also can help to transfer
