300g cream cheese
200g sweet potato paste
3 eggs
70g sugar
200g fresh cream
15g lemon juice
vanilla extract
|Baking process
1. Gently melt cream cheese at room temperature.
2. Add sugar and mix.
3. If you add the eggs several times, mix gently.
4. Add sweet potato paste.
5. Add fresh cream and mix.
6. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract and mix.
7. Pour the dough into round mold No. 1 (15cm).
8. Bake at 210 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
9. Cool sufficiently at room temperature and refrigerate for a day.
