That’s true Harshita, it was exact same reason I left AIIMS Delhi but after working for eight long years.Definitely these countries offer better career progression .If you are studyholic there are no limits 😊all the very best for your future endeavours 👍

Due to corrupt and old broken INC bodies In India Nurses selfs and government have to raise their voice or make laws for harrasment of nurses in the private hospitals with very low payment . I think INC should dissolve and new council should be form which can uplift nursing profession .

See if your not satisfied with your govt job and you already went to newzealand but atleast make sure y u went there your conversation is like just for fun don't do like this ppls are trying to come to newzealand atleast say the process about that instead of saying both are good like AIIMS and newzealand. If you came newzealand you should had some dreams some plans it's not joke that your telling u left AIIMS and u went there to take risk.Do not confuse the aspirants as much you have cleared ambitions of wt u doing.

Very honestly conversation but sir jo abhi osce cbt a gaya hai nz me to kya uske bad job milegi kyu ki abhi mam ne bataya ki job nahi mil rahi hai to kya nz me nurses ki vaccancy nahi hai?
I have seen without skip your podcast single time also you have both didn't even spoken about proffesionslly and just like normal conversation first tell the purpose to go there and how the process to get a job there how you struggled to setting in a new contry say the needful to the aspirants despite of having lazy and unwanted conversation.you might had went there but it's a dream to come there for so many peoples don't confuse them say properly benifits of newzealand and y you left govt job in India .
Sir, I have completed bsc nursing and have one yr.exp in a 1200 beded hospital and admitted in msc nursing this year. Is it better option to admit msc in Australia ? Please guide.

In AIIMS WE CAN DO MSC NURSING SIDE BY SIDE WITH JOB IN AIIMS? Or their is any criteria for studying further?
You need to work for 5yrs after that you are eligible for study leave for msc nursing
