It's a Hossam Ramzy version of Bedouin music, and the main dancer is his ex-wife Brazilian dancer is Serena Ramzy. Not to be confused with authentic dancing and music from the various groups of Bedouin around Egypt, but a very accessible generic version both of the dancing and the music.

As a member of a Bedouin tribe, I can confirm that we have a warrior dance. Men line up and dance in rows with unique customised swords. The first Arabs to exist are from Bedouin tribes, even the king himself is a Bedouin. Being a Bedouin is a lifestyle, we are nomad’s and we like to move from time to time to another location. We are proud of our beautiful horses and swords we carry. We are proud to be an peaceful tribe since we came in contact with Islam. Long live the Bedouin tribes! ❤️

Bedouins are nomads, I guess you can plausibly argue they existed first since early humana were nomads.
