I'm a mother of a 2 1/2 year old daughter and between being a mom and the pandemic, I haven't been doing that lately. My mom used to be about a size 20 before I was born. She lost down to a size 6 when I lived at home (she's even smaller now) but from where she lost so much weight she had some saggy skin, not too bad though, not enough to warrant her to get surgery but she used to walk around the house naked , not for fun but just like when she was getting in and out of the shower and getting ready. She done it with confidence no trying to cover up when she walked by me or my sister or when we'd come in her room. She just let it all hang out and I attribute that to my own confidence. I'm now 35 and 300+ lbs and extremely confident in my own skin and I blame/thank my mom for showing me that you don't have to have a perfectly toned body to be confident and beautiful. So I'm sure if you show your daughter how confident you are in your own skin it will have a positive impact on her!! And she'll remember it for the rest of her life!!
