I was gonna recommend the cold spoons as well. You may want to purchase an ice roller for your skin. I also heard caffeine (tea bags under the eyes) helps. If you try all those things and dont see results, you should schedule an appointment with a dermatologist
I've tried everything you spoke of for years. Nothing works. The next option is eyebags surgery. I can't do it because I have glaucoma, and I can be permanently blind. It's a very risky surgery for anyone, I'm highly upset 😊
I've tried creams, teabags, cold spoons, you name it massage every day I even cut salt from my diet and still nothing

Even if you miss a day you’re still consistent. 💪🏾 Try Inkey list caffeine eye cream. It’s inexpensive but it helps for real. They have it Sephora. You can go and ask them to give you a sample to try. Well with anything really. Hope it helps.
I really like your clear appliances. The humidifier & electric kettle are nice 👌
Sleeping on your back helps fluid not collect.
Also, avoid salt bf bed. A good shower or workout sweat helps them drain.

I enjoy how thorough you clean and the music selection makes it relaxing to watch. I also have hereditary w/ slight under eye bags but no product can remove them, maybe if I consistently try using an ice roller it might reduce, less sodium intake helps. I honestly didn't notice until you mentioned it. It's interesting how we highlight our insecurities about what we want changed....you're face card ain't gonna decline sir you good lol but blepharoplasty is a surgical option which you can research. I’ve noticed that one thing that helps is when I exercise and my diet.
I remember I was only 10 and had full nights of sleep, but people would ask me if I got punched.

Try taking flour out of your diet to reduce/eliminate the eye bags. Flour and sugar are processed foods. Food prep proteins, green veggies, salads, etc. Try the no sugar/flour tip. Remember, pasta is flour. You can not go to a pasta tree and pick it!
Ice roller, good molecules has a great eye serum as well and their eye patches are amazing as well !

Facials are really transformational for me. I think you will find alot of your facial upkeep relieved with getting monthly facials. I don’t think people talk about dermatologist enough. They are like beauty doctors, literally. They know all the tea on how to achieve your goals.
As a makeup artist...its NOT bags....its actually dark circles. Bags are when skin hangs under the eyes like half filled water balloons.
A tip for you for filming (or when the darkness is very bad) : Try a tinted moisturizer or serum..a tiny little dot under each eye and blend gently with ring finger...feather light tapping motion.
Question: what do you do with all the clips you take on your phone after you edit the video altogether? Do you delete them after you make the video you want?

Hey love I had the same issue use a little castor oil and do it every other night. Also for a routine just use rose water, you have clear skin so don't get a lot of products you don't need all that. If you want the exact brand I use let me know but with your face the less the better. Also drink plenty of water. But the castor oil works my bags finally left. I'm a natural night owl and get a lot of cleaning and other things done when my kids are sleep so that's why I had them. Hope this helps. Also I love your videos BTW. ❤
