I wake up at 5am and I love it. Its so peaceful. I enjoy the stillness. I get to read, pray, meditate & watch the sunrise. Its allowed me time to mentally & spiritually prepare for the work week. I think getting up at 5am has also made daylight savings more bearable as well
I'm gonna try waking up earlier. I gotta get a morning routine going 😅

If you didn't have the carpet we probably wouldn't have got the legendary baking soda pour and vacuuming content so it worked out in the end 😄. That mop is cool. I wonder how well it works on polishing hardwood
P.S. plants also pull toxins out of your home and as I clean I’m reminded to to be GRATEFUL that I have a home to clean I’ve seen a lot of cleaning channels, but by far this is the best ❤❤
A blessed good morning I used to be a morning person, but over the years I just can’t seem to get up early like that my husband does but when I am up early, I am praying cleaning my home is therapy and I love working in my garden because I love the power of sowing & reaping planting and watching something beautiful, manifest itself.

Read The 5 AM Club by Robin Sharma. This book turned me into a morning person because it explains the physical and mental reasons to wake up early and the meaning of a routine. Changed my life!!

I’m a night owl too, that’s when I’m most creative. I was listening to something and they were talking about ancient society and how everyone had a role that fit their circadian rhythm as a person but society now has everyone on the same rhythm. But I too am trying to be more of a morning person, idk about 5am but yea 😅 lol

Some people have a physiological "clock" that has them going in the evening/nights. There are several studies regarding this, too. Not everyone is a Night Owl, & not everyone is an Early Riser/Morning Person. However, learning new habits (including becoming an early riser) can be *learned* ... I choose to respect my natural Nocturnal 🌃 🌙 tendency & get as much as I can done during evening/nighttime hours. Loved this video!!! I subscribed watching your insprational YT Shorts so keep them going!!!

Why do i like these cleaning videos?
I just built my home this year, and I have LVP flooring except for the bedrooms. I just got a Shark Steam vacuum. I hope it makes keeping my floors clean. I hate mornings. Turning 49 has made me rethink how I move during the day.
I’m such a night owl too! It’s so hard to be up and moving early in the morning. I did try it for like a month and life did feel more structure, I’m really not meant to be up early. Getting a morning routine is big on my 2024 list too though
