Now I think I need to try making it myself; probably with tofu because finding plain paneer where I live is impossible. I'm going to see if the Kolkata Club will divulge some of their recipes for me.
Actually u can make paneer by urself too just boil the milk and add lemon juice or white vinegar or Alum to it wait for 1 min then the paneer and water will be separated then rinse it on cotton cloth or stainer to remove water and it's ready

No extra spices, no extra butter and cream..still so delicious.. that's the traditional way of cooking...my mom used have only these three spices in her spice box . Salt , turmeric and Jeera....and she cooks the most delicious food...
